The Division aspires to foster a community of belonging where all members thrive.

OUR MISSION

The Division of Community, Engagement, Belonging and Access (CEBA) fosters belonging by:

  • Building Positive Relationships: We recognize the power of positive connections in fostering a sense of community. CEBA is dedicated to building meaningful relationships that strengthen the bonds within our diverse campus community.
  • Broadening Collective Understanding: Embracing inclusive excellence requires a collective effort to understand and appreciate different perspectives. CEBA is committed to facilitating dialogues and educational initiatives that broaden our understanding of the rich tapestry that makes up our community.
  • Providing Experiential Learning Opportunities: Learning extends beyond the classroom. CEBA will offer experiential opportunities that enrich the educational journey, allowing individuals to engage with high impact experiences and varying perspectives.
  • Engaging in Innovative/Collaborative Research: Innovation thrives in diverse and collaborative environments. CEBA will actively engage in research initiatives that explore innovative solutions to enhance inclusive excellence across our campus.
