The Holcombe Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering offers a variety of opportunities to expand the knowledge of our students beyond the classroom. From academic advising to study abroad, we provide many experiential learning opportunities to prepare for a career or graduate research. Possibilities include hands-on cooperative learning, robotic systems research and summer abroad exploring food and culture in Spain.

Honors and Awards
Every year, we applaud the exceptional abilities of our students and faculty in the areas of teaching, research, and academic achievement. The honors are bestowed at department, college, and university levels.
Graduate Fellowships and Awards
Fellowships are competitive funding options that generally do not require teaching or research requirements. The electrical and engineering department can award fellowships based on emphasis areas, leadership, and academic excellence.
