Meet the 3D printer designed for you. Cube turns living rooms and classrooms into creative spaces, putting kids and adults just a click away from their imagination. Print practical things for your home and office. Express your personality with fashion and home accessories. Deck out your gadgets with stands and cases. Customize the perfect gift.
|
Using Plastic Sheet Lamination, the SD 300 Pro 3D Printer produces rugged yet flexible models made of SolidVC ®, a rigid PVC based plastic. The accuracy, strength and durability of the parts produced by the SD300 Pro make them perfectly suitable for all stages of the design cycle, from concept verification through form, fit and functional testing, including snap-fit. Models can be machined, drilled, finished and painted, and they show no distortion over time.

The Big Builder Dual-Feed is able to print 644 mm high. The unique Dual-Feed Extruder is able to print 2 colors/materials through 1 nozzle. Printing objects with PLA and PVA as support is not a problem for the Big Builder or printing dual objects, the Big Builder Dual-Feed is capable of it. The unique Dual-Feed Extruder is able to color mix your G-code. Upload your G-code in our color mix tool which will create at hybrid of the 2 colors who are printing. Printing pink and yellow at the same time will create an hybrid over your object.

3D Printers: Desktop and Rapid Prototyping | ||
Objet (24) | Z-Corp (Z402) | |
---|---|---|
The Objet24 is the first desktop system to print realistic models with small moving parts, thin walls and smooth, paintable surfaces. Using PolyJet 3D printing technology, the Objet24 features 28µ print layers and a 240 x 200 x 150 mm (9.45 x 7.87 x 5.9 in) tray size. The Objet24 is ideal for designers and engineers looking to produce highly accurate models for visual aids, fit and assembly testing and functional applications.
|
The Z402™ is one of the fastest 3D printers known to Rapid Prototyping. The ability to produce quick models means greater productivity for the lab and quick prototypes for customers. Since manufacturing parts is easy, almost anyone in the lab can produce a quality part without extensive Rapid Prototyping experience.

3D Printer: Aluminum Welding | ||
Solidica (Form-ation) | ||
---|---|---|
Using a reel of 3003 H18 Aluminum foils, the Solidica Form-ation fabricates three dimensional components through ultrasonic welding of layered metal foils, and contour milling. Solidica RpCAM is used to calculate the tape layering process. Each level is trimmed using standard CNC machining to remove excess material. Delcam PowerMILL is used to calculate the material removal process. Solidica RpCAM accepts CAD model of IGS and STL format. When required, at finish heights specified by the user, the machine performs finish machining on the work piece. Finish heights are generally defined by the flute length of the shortest tool so that very small features can be machined from the bottom up.

Cutting Equipment
Cutting Machines | ||
Water Jet (MAXIEM 0707) | Laser Cutter (Epilog Helix) | |
---|---|---|
This abrasivejet system cuts complex flat parts out of most materials including metal, plastic, glass, ceramics, stone and composites directly from a CAD or DXF file. Extremely hard, reflective and nonconductive materials can also be cut, making it a valuable addition to existing shop capabilities. Parts are cut directly from plate with a single tool dramatically reducing setup time and material usage. |
For engravers looking to work with large engraving pieces, the Epilog Helix is an ideal choice. The Helix's generous 24" x 18" x 8.5" (610 x 457 x 215.9 mm) engraving area will allow you to engrave multiple pieces as well as thicker materials, including boxes and vases. |
