Ethical Student Leadership Conference
February 18-19, 2022
Join select student leaders for a two-day Ethical Student Leadership Conference. The conference will include think tank sessions to engage students in ethical leadership, leadership activities, and networking opportunities.
This conference is currently planned to be in person at Clemson University. Students/schools are responsible for their own travel and accommodations (we have a list of hotels in the area), but there is no fee to attend.

Friday, February 18, 2022
2:00-2:30 pm- Check-in
2:30-4:00 pm- Building Leadership
In this session participants will work through leadership building activities. They will identify leadership characteristics they possess and those they need to work on and then be able to practice them.
4:00-5:00 pm- Ice cream at '55 Exchange
5:00-7:00 pm- Leading with Ethics
This session shifts the focus from leadership to ethical leadership with participants engaging in values and role model identification while looking into specific characteristics of ethical leadership. Several ethical decision-making models will also be introduced.
7:15-8:00 pm- Dinner at McAlister Dining Hall
9:00 pm- Optional bowling at Clemson's Underground Rec Center

9:00-9:30 am- Breakfast
9:30-11:30 am- Ethical Leadership in Practice
An ethical leader from the Clemson community will help participants think about how to engage in ethical leadership outside of the university.
11:45-12:45 pm- Optional lunch at local Clemson restaurant (at participants expense)
