The Leadership Summit is an opportunity for the State Officer Candidates and the State Nominating Committee to meet and prepare for the interview process at the State FFA Convention.
State Officer Candidates will walk through and experience first-hand the entire SOC interview process. Candidates will meet with the current and past State Officers, take part in leadership training and participate in mock interviews and receive real-time feedback to best prepare them for the full interview process in June.
State Nominating Committee Members will learn about the importance of the nominating committee and their role in selecting the next State Officer team. Nom Com will learn how to use the rubrics, develop interview questions, and will score the State Officer Candidates applications.
