Forms and Templates

Clemson researchers working with industry may not know where to begin when drafting a Statement of Work (SoW) for an industry sponsored project, or even deciding whether their activity is a sponsored project.  The forms and templates found here can assist you with determining whether the activity you are performing is a sponsored project or purchased services and provide guidance for drafting an SoW.  If there are any questions regarding an SoW or classification of your activities, please contact the Office of Industry Contracts at cuic@clemson.edu or 864-656-3989.
