Purchasing (BuyWays & P-Card)
BuyWays is used to create PO's (purchase orders), view contracts, and order supplies.
For assistance with any purchases, please contact either the CVM Executive Assistant to the Dean or the CVM Chief Business Officer. You will have the option to log in and create carts as needed.
If you have been allocated a P-Card, please refer to P-Card Procedures to view detailed information, including allowable and unallowable charges.

Travel and Reimbursements (Concur)
Concur is Clemson's travel and expense system for all travel requests, expense reports and reimbursements.
- Steps to take:
- Please add Susan and Brittney McCall as your delegates. They can assist with creating reports as needed.
- You can also add preferences in your profile to assist with travel booking.
- Be sure to link and verify your email in your profile's “email addresses” section.

Ombuds
The Clemson University Ombuds Office provides employees with informal, neutral, confidential support regarding communication, conflict resolution, and self-advocacy. To learn more visit the Ombuds Office webpage.

Campus Recreation
Clemson's Campus Recreation offers employee memberships (both full-time and part-time) for facility access and group fitness classes, intramural and club sports, and outdoor equipment rental to enjoy beautiful upstate South Carolina.

Employee Meal Plan
Employees can purchase an on-campus meal plan through Clemson Dining, allowing cost per meal to be a little under $6.00.
