There has never been a better time to establish a college of veterinary medicine in South Carolina. The Harvey S. Peeler Jr. College of Veterinary Medicine at Clemson University will create new opportunities to improve South Carolina's economy, retain top talent and protect animal and human health while serving our communities.
We strive to empower students to become highly skilled veterinarians who can practice in underserved communities in South Carolina. Students will learn both small and large animal medicine, offering them a wide array of job opportunities once they graduate with their doctorate of veterinary medicine (DVM).
