Clemson University has partnered with Concur to introduce a new Travel and Expense Tool to streamline the travel process by offering an integrated one-stop shop for pre-approved travel requests, discounted travel bookings, and easily completed expense reports for quicker reimbursements. Booking through the travel program gives you access to travel discounts, guides your travel purchases based on policy, and ensures you are supported by the University
College and departmental forms are available for travel requests, reimbursements, and general work orders. The downloadable forms are available in PDF, Word, or Excel. Additional information is available on each form. Please read and complete all the necessary information and fields.

- Travel Log - includes non-business, non-overnight
Department-Specific Forms
- US Travel Reimbursement - must be submitted with all receipts as proof of expenses related to travel.
- Reimbursement Form (xls) - must be submitted with all receipts as proof of purchase.
For purchases using the Visa/P-card, this form must be completed before placing your order. Please bring the completed form to Anna Craft at 301 Rhodes.
For reimbursements, please bring the completed form and receipts to Anna Craft at 301 Rhodes.

Support Services
Machining and Technical Services (MTS) offers research assistance is such areas as drafting and machining to plastic fabrication and welding. They are conveniently located in Freeman Hall, next to Rhodes Annex.

Room Requests
Classroom reservations for Rhodes Research Center and Rhodes Annex can be made by submitting a form request. All rooms are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and require at least 24 hours' notice. If your request is denied, you must submit a new request for a different date and time.
