Aaron Anderson
Hi! I’m Aaron Anderson from North Charleston, South Carolina. I am a biomedical engineering major, and I’m very excited to experience all that Call Me Doctor has to offer. I am interested in tissue engineering and experiencing research as an undergraduate student. I hope that as an ESTEEMED Scholar, I will become not only a better student but a person with a deeper love for research as well.

My name is Ashwini Elwin, and I am from Merced, California. I will be majoring in Bioengineering and look forward to the research opportunities provided by the Call Me Doctor program. I have enjoyed the lab rotations over the past few weeks and look forward to participating in research as a CMD scholar.
Sinceare Jackson
Hi, my name is Sinceare Jackson, and I'm from Greenville, South Carolina. I am majoring in chemical engineering and am excited to see how to apply ChemE principles to biological issues. I'm also excited to learn the skills I'll need to pursue a graduate degree from my lab rotations and CMD mentors and staff.
Reese Price
My name is Reese Price, and I'm from Columbia, South Carolina. I'm majoring in bioengineering and planning to minor in anthropology. During this first year as a part of the CMD program, I am looking forward to new research opportunities and gaining skills in academic and professional development.
Tray Mazyck II
My name is Dwayne (Tray) Mazyck II, and I’m from Blythewood, SC. I’m currently studying Biological Sciences and plan to switch to Bioengineering. I’m really interested in how living things work and want to use that knowledge to create new technologies for healthcare. What excites me most about my program is the chance to get involved in research early on. I believe that working on real projects will help me understand biology better and improve my problem-solving skills. I’m looking forward to collaborating with teachers and other students, contributing to important projects, and exploring how biology and engineering can work together. I’m eager to make a positive impact in bioengineering through my dedication to research and learning.

Logan Rush
My name is Logan Rush, and I’m from Columbia, SC. I’m majoring in Genetics and planning to minor in Pan-African Studies. During my first year in CMD, I look forward to gaining greater confidence in labs/research. My goal is that my first year’s participation will yield academic and professional development. Furthermore, I hope to gain a better understanding of how I’ll be able to accomplish some of my collegiate goals.
