Computing students can choose between a diverse range of programs to enrich their academic experience, including computing-focused clubs and organizations or student advisory roles to shape the program. Beyond the ones mentioned below, the College has a list of clubs and organizations by area.

Clemson Chapter of ACM-W

ACM-W (Association for Computing Machinery-W) supports and advocates for the full engagement of women in all aspects of the computing field, providing a wide range of programs and services such as industry visits, technical workshops, and conferences.

Clemson AIS Student Chapter

The Clemson Association for Information Systems (AIS) student chapter promotes the study and application of Information Systems within Clemson University through career enhancement and professional networking.

CU Cyber

CU Cyber is Clemson's student-led organization. We are actively expanding the resources available to students with an interest in cybersecurity, providing the tools and skills to help develop their personal and professional roles in the cybersecurity industry.

CUhackit

CUhackit is a group of passionate students who spend some of their time planning "hackathon" events on Clemson's campus to build, learn, and have fun. No matter your major or level of experience, we want to see you create your next hack with us at CUhackit!

GWC - Clemson College Loops

College Loops is a Girls Who Code organization bringing new technical workshops, events, resources, and support to women in tech! Our mission is to inspire, educate, and equip young women with computing skills needed to pursue 21st-century opportunities.

ISBIC

The International Society of Blacks in Computing (ISBIC) encourages members to seek advanced degrees in computing, promotes public awareness of computing as a discipline and advertises opportunities for Blacks in the computing profession.

UPE

Upsilon Pi Epsilon (UPE) is an International Honor Society and the only globally recognized Computer Science Honor Society for higher education. Membership is open to undergraduate and graduate students who excel in different fields of computing.

CECASSAB

The CECAS Student Advisory Board serves as the voice of the students within the college. Representatives from each department are chosen in a highly selective process. These department representatives collaborate with each other and with students, faculty and staff to make improvements to their department and the college as a whole.

SOCGSA

The School of Computing Graduate Student Association (SOCGSA) creates fun and relative programs that foster community and networking among graduate students, faculty, and select advisors within the School of Computing.
