Exhibitors & Sponsors
Thank you for your interest in the Clemson Hydrogeology Symposium.
All exhibitors and sponsors get their contact information published on the website and in the event program, plus at least one registration. Additional options include event space and a second registration depending on the degree of support.
An exhibitor space includes a booth or table space and two participants. Premium sponsorship includes two registrations; standard sponsorship includes one registration; they do not receive exhibit space.
Exhibitor Guidelines
The Conference Center and Inn is not liable for deliveries and shipments. Early delivery and storage of equipment, supplies, decorations, etc., are generally not available due to space utilization. The CC&I can only accept packages within three days of the event and can hold packages for up to three days after if there is a shipping label attached and the carrier has been contacted.

Set-Up
Table assignments are based on seniority - this is a function of how many years you have been sponsoring/exhibiting. Tables will be assigned on the morning of the Symposium.
Do NOT set up your booth the night before. You can set up your booth the morning of the event only when these conditions have been met:
- It is after 7 AM, AND
- The tables have been labeled with your company name; please do not move signs, or you will be asked to move back to your original table.
The building is closed before 7 AM, and there is a $250 charge per space (paid by you) for violating that rule. You will be restricted to the length of an 8-foot table that will be provided. You can set up a display behind the table, but the space to the side may be limited. I will have several easels available. Please let me know if you need them. Booths need to be broken down by 6 PM.
- The Conference Center and Inn does not have shipping supplies, including tape, labels, etc... Please provide these with your other materials.
- Items may not be attached to the walls or hung from the ceiling.
- Exhibitor-preferred carrier (UPS/FedEx) must be called by the exhibitor to schedule the pickup
NOTE: At the end of the presentations, gift drawings can be performed in the Bellsouth Auditorium at 5 PM, based on your need.
