Clemson Honors Student Ambassadors
Looking for a Student Perspective on Clemson Honors?
Clemson Honors Student Ambassadors are Honors student volunteers who are official ambassadors for the Honors College and who are passionate about Honors at Clemson University.
Ambassadors meet with prospective students and their families to provide a student perspective on their various Honors experiences.
They are a diverse group of students, representing each of Clemson's academic colleges listed below, and they are involved in all aspects of campus life. They are developing communication, teamwork, and leadership skills as they interact with prospective students and their families.
You can read more about each ambassador within their major's college.

My involvement in the Honors College:
My involvement in Clemson University: Outside of the Honors College, I have been heavily involved with other Clemson organizations. I currently serve as deputy secretary of the Sexuality and Gender Engagement committee of student government, where I am responsible for engaging and connecting with LGBTQIA+ organizations and students on campus. I previously served as a Senator on the Inclusion and Equity committee, where I represented the College of Science and advocated for student voices across campus. I am also a member of the College of Science Student Advisory Board, where I advance student-focused initiatives and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the college and wider university.
Why I chose Clemson and the Honors College: I chose Clemson because of its incredible research opportunities and amazing science faculty and programs. Growing up in the Clemson area, I saw firsthand how the students love this community and all the ways that the Clemson family gives back to its neighbors. I love being close to all the wonderful nature that surrounds Clemson like the Blue Ridge Mountains and Lakes Hartwell, Keowee, and Jocassee. I wanted to be involved in the Honors College to be submerged in a community of driven, innovative students, and I have not been disappointed!
