Clemson Honors Student Ambassadors
Looking for a Student Perspective on Clemson Honors?
Clemson Honors Student Ambassadors are Honors student volunteers who are official ambassadors for the Honors College and who are passionate about Honors at Clemson University.
Ambassadors meet with prospective students and their families to provide a student perspective on their various Honors experiences.
They are a diverse group of students, representing each of Clemson's academic colleges listed below, and they are involved in all aspects of campus life. They are developing communication, teamwork, and leadership skills as they interact with prospective students and their families.
You can read more about each ambassador within their major's college.

Introduction: Hi! I am Anna Knobel, and I'm a third-year student majoring in psychology on the pre-professional health track with a double minor in geography (my side hobby) and youth development studies. When I am not in the Honors college, you can find me exploring outdoors all around Clemson, practicing yoga, or singing. While I am passionate about many things, I eventually want to pursue my ultimate passion of changing kids' lives by becoming a pediatric speech language pathologist!
Ask me about...: Greek life, Creative Inquiry, Central Spirit, living in the Honors Residential College, or fun ways to get involved on campus
My advice for prospective students: Take a deep breath, you will end up exactly where you are supposed to be!
My advice for current students: You get what you give; the more you pour into your Honors or general Clemson experience, the more you will get out of it!
Why I chose Clemson and the Honors College: I chose the Honors College because it provided me a space to continue to thrive and motivate myself academically. Furthermore, it gave a community of like-minded, driven individuals who I can lean on for help in everything from classes to getting ice cream. It also made Clemson feel a lot smaller and more welcoming.
My favorite thing about the Honors College: My favorite thing about the Honors College is all of the seminar classes we have to offer! I have taken classes on niche topics such as positive psychology and the tiny house movement, but there are so many unique topics to learn about in a small, conversational setting.
My involvement in the Honors College: I am involved in Honors Ambassadors and an Honors Creative Inquiry called the Youth Scholars Program
My involvement in Clemson University: Beyond the Honors College, I am involved in Greek Life and our school spirit club, Central Spirit.
What makes me happy to be alive: I feel most alive in the little moments such as hearing birds chirp in the morning, feeling sunshine on my skin when I go for walks, or seeing the people I love experience genuine joy!
Favorite place on campus: I love the amphitheater (especially during the Spring)!
Three interesting facts about me: I am left handed, I love feta cheese, and I really dislike apples.
