Profile/About Me
Dr. Choi attended Swarthmore College, working under supervision of Prof. Bob Paley in diastereoselective synthesis of planar chiral organometallic compounds, and earned her Bachelors degree in Chemistry in 2017.
She then moved to Yale University where she finished her Ph.D. dissertation with Prof. Scott Miller in 2022, after working on asymmetric organocatalytic reactions, including an atroposelective synthesis of axially chiral triazole compounds.
She began her career at Clemson University as a lecturer that same year and has been involved in undergraduate teaching and advising.
