Onboarding Overview
The Division of Student Affairs is committed to creating a meaningful staff experience for our employees. To support your journey with us, you'll engage in an onboarding process that includes:
- University Orientation
- Facilitated by Clemson's Office of Human Resources
- Register for an Orientation Session
- Division Orientation
- Online Version - Assigned through Tiger Training by SABO after official hire date (Temporarilay Down)
- In-person Version (New) - Beginning Fall 2024 provided by SABO after official hire date
- Department Onboarding
- Coordinated by your department and supervisor
- New Employee Networking Social
- Organized by SABO; held quarterly
- Staff Performance Management System (OnBase)
- Overseen by Clemson's Office of Human Resources and facilitated by your supervisor
- Annual review period 3/1-2/29
