Division HR Operations & Staff Engagement
The SABO-HR team serves as the primary contact to the university's Office of Human Resources on behalf of all Student Affairs departments and staff. The team provides support and direction of complex personnel management processes for the Division representing 200+ staff and 700+ students, develops strategies to improve full-time staff engagement and manages initiatives designed to foster a culture of belonging and well-being aimed at creating a positive work environment. SABO-HR is responsible for student hiring and the Graduate Assistant program coordination for the division and is dedicated to supporting the division's departmental and staff needs, questions, and/or concerns.
