What is the Student Activity Fee?
The Student Activity Fee is charged per semester and used to fund student organizations and campus activities. The Student Funding Board annually allocates over $1.6 million in funding available from the Student Activity Fee Fund. How will I be notified when funds are available?
After submitting a budget request and receiving word of your allocation from the Student Funding Board, you must make a Purchase Request (PR) to receive your funds. The Student Funding Board does not directly forward you your allocation after a budget request.
Purchase Requests may take 1-2 weeks of processing time before the money is forwarded to your organization.
Your organization will be notified by a SABO Fiscal Analyst once the process is completed and the funds have been disbersed to your organization's account.

Where do I pick up the check for my organization?
Checks can be picked up at the Student Affairs Business Office.
