Program Leadership
Workday@Clemson program leadership, which includes the ERP Program Management Office (PMO), leads and operationalizes Workday@Clemson implementation activities across all facets of the effort and is accountable for the overall execution of Workday@Clemson.
Key responsibilities:
- Track program status, including risks, actions, issues, decisions and dependencies.
- Manage financial status of program – from assessment to final implementation.
- Address communications updates and concerns.
- Evaluate and improve organizational readiness.
Provost Robert H. (Bob) Jones and Tony Wagner, Executive Vice President for Finance and Operations and COO, serve as executive sponsors for the Workday@Clemson implementation project and ensure that this new solution helps faculty, staff and student workers meet the University’s missions of teaching, research and service. Program leadership also remains true to the guiding principles that form the foundation of this enterprise-wide modernization work.
