The Clemson University MRED Program is located at Greenville ONE, the premiere mixed-use business hub of Upstate South Carolina. The 400,000 sf. complex in the heart of award-winning downtown Greenville, South Carolina is a state-of-the-art building with a green roof as well as ground level upscale retail/food and adjacent new hotel and civic plaza, with plentiful parking. We have state of the art classrooms, offices, study and breakout areas, and a library/conference room. ONE is the tallest building in South Carolina with the LEED Gold Construction certification.
