Affiliate and Emeritus Identification
How to Obtain Your ID
Affiliates and Emeritus are not eligible for the TigerOne Mobile ID. You may request a physical TigerOne card online for a $20 fee.
To request your physical TigerOne Card, please visit the Online Office to get started.
Lost ID
Lost cards can be requested for a charge of $20. Please submit a Lost Card Request.
Broken ID
If you suspect your card is broken, please submit a Broken Card Request. We will troubleshoot your issue and contact you on resolution. If your card is broken through normal wear and tear, a replacement card free of charge will be provided. You will be required to turn in your old, nonfunctioning card to receive a new one at no charge. If you do not have the old card, a $20 charge will be applied.
