Clemson University has partnered with Concur to introduce a new Travel and Expense Tool to streamline the travel process by offering an integrated one-stop shop for pre-approved travel requests, discounted travel bookings, and easily completed expense reports for quicker reimbursements. Booking through the travel program gives you access to travel discounts, guides your travel purchases based on policy, and ensures you are supported by the University

Clemson uses the BuyWays system for most orders.
For Purchases Using the Visa/P-card, please see Diane Swope in 161 Sirrine to check out the card for use.
For Non-Travel-Related Reimbursements, please bring all receipts to Diane Swope in 161 Sirrine Hall.
For Business Meal Reimbursement, please submit the Business Meal Reimbursement form with all itemized receipts to Diane Swope in 161 Sirrine Hall.

Support Services
Machining and Technical Services (MTS) offers research assistance is such areas as drafting and machining to plastic fabrication and welding. They are conveniently located in Freeman Hall, next to Rhodes Annex.

Room Requests
Classroom reservations for Sirrine and Olin Hall can be made by submitting a request. All rooms are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and require at least 24 hours' notice. If your request is denied, you must submit a new request for a different date and time.
