Emeritus Award for Research and Scholarship
Nominate a Colleague
This award was established by the Emeritus College Advisory Board to recognize emeritus faculty members who continue to produce extraordinary research and scholarship, either in their discipline or in a new field. The award will be presented in even-numbered years.
Previous Recipients of the Emeritus Award for Research and Scholarships
Eligibility: Any Clemson University emeritus faculty member with at least three years emeritus standing may be nominated for either award. Individuals may not self-nominate.
Nomination Process: Members of the Emeritus College, as well as active Clemson faculty and/or staff members, may make nominations electronically by using the college’s electronic website entry form located on this webpage. Your nomination must include a 500-word statement describing the nominee’s contributions. The statement may be typed into the text box or you may upload a document using the nomination form upload feature.
Selection Process: The Emeritus College Awards Committee will administer the process for reviewing the nominations and making the selection. Under extraordinary circumstances, the award may not be given.
