Profile
Emily Sweatt serves on Clemson Cooperative Extension's Rural Health team as a Rural Health and Nutrition Extension Agent in Darlington County where she provides health promotion and disease prevention programs such as Know Diabetes by Heart and Health Extension for Diabetes. Emily is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and aims to be a helpful resource of educational and reliable health information throughout Darlington County. In addition to promoting healthy lifestyle changes, Emily enjoys exploring state parks, baking (healthier) treats, and spending time with her nephew, who always keeps her moving!
