Profile
As CAFLS Executive Director for Belonging & Engagement, Julian’s duties serve the mission and vision of both the college and university which include: Developing, administering, and overseeing most Belonging & Engagement activities in the college; collaborating with the college and its departments and other college organizations to meet belonging goals and to develop strategic planning; oversee the CAFLS Office of Belonging & Engagement; Develop and execute plans for inclusive college recruitment and retention; Collaborate with the broader Clemson University community, offices, and faculty and staff to meet university goals for community, engagement, belonging and access.
