Profile

Kathy is a Research Associate in Dr. Jodice’s lab within the South Carolina Cooperative Fish & Wildlife Research Unit. Her work focuses on developing an atlas and registry of seabird colonies in the northern Gulf of Mexico in cooperation with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Gulf of Mexico Avian Monitoring Network.
She also collaborates with the Gulf of Mexico Marine Assessment Program for Protected Species (GoMMAPPS) vessel-based pelagic seabird survey team, which is assessing the abundance and distribution of seabirds in the Gulf of Mexico.
