Profile
Michaela Gibson is currently a Master's student in Packaging Science at Clemson University. Her research focuses on exploring the use of graphene nanoparticles as a barrier coating on common packaging films. In December of 2021, Michaela graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Packaging Science. Concerning work-related experience, Michaela has completed an eight-month co-op at Printpack in Atlanta, Georgia, as well as a three-month internship at The Dow Chemical Company in Freeport, Texas. For the 2022-2023 academic year, Michaela is serving as the Director of the Graduate Student Government Sustainability Committee.
