Elizabeth is a Rural Health and Nutrition Agent for the Clemson University Cooperative Extension in Lancaster County. She works in collaboration with other Rural Health and Nutrition agents across the state to offer free education classes, including Know Diabetes By Heart, Health Extension for Diabetes and Mental Health First Aid. Elizabeth is passionate about providing scientifically supported programs to Lancaster County residents.
