Office of Access Compliance and Education

Policies and Procedures

We provide information on the following policies: Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity, Anti-Harassment and Non-Discrimination Policy, HIV Disease and AIDS, Individuals with Disabilities, and Disabled and Vietnam-Era Veterans. These policies are a part of the University’s overall program to ensure illegal discrimination does not occur. Administrators should ensure that employees are aware of the policies and procedures and their intent. Employees are expected to be familiar with these policies’ provisions and operate according to their objectives.

Clemson University supports the principles outlined in these policies because they are dictated by law and because each member of the faculty, staff and student body deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Any person who believes they have been discriminated against is encouraged to contact our office.
