Clemson University has an Annual Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Utilization Plan, which outlines various procedures and techniques to facilitate MBE participation in contracting activities.
Campus buyers and users are reminded to check the Office of Small and Minority Business Contracting and Certification (SMBCC) MBE directory for all purchases <$10,000 where competitive bidding is not required.
The Procurement Inclusion Manager in the Office of Access Compliance and Education (ACE) is also able to assist buyers and users in identifying and contacting available minority suppliers to provide goods and services.
