Football Parking Rules and Regulations
If you have a vehicle parked on campus or plan to drive a vehicle on campus during a home football game weekend, take note of the football parking rules and regulations to avoid spaces reserved for football parking and subsequent vehicle towing expenses.
Fifteen thousand Clemson parking spaces are assigned to IPTAY donors each year — that means a large contingent of fans, including students who live off campus, must park elsewhere during home football game weekends.
Key Notes:
- Reserved lots and areas will be cleared beginning at 12:01 a.m. game day Saturdays. Any vehicles remaining in lots will be towed at the owner’s expense.
- Parking lots open at 6 a.m. for games that kick off before 12:30 p.m. and 8 a.m. for all later kickoff times.
- Questions about IPTAY parking should be directed to the IPTAY office by calling 864-656-2115.

Visiting Parent Information
Parents of on-campus resident students can purchase Football Guest Parking Permits from Parking and Transportation Services (310 Klugh Ave Suite B, Clemson) for $10 on the Friday before game day during normal business hours (7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.). Parking is limited and permits may sell out.
Please note: Football Guest Parking Permits are subject to the same restrictions as employee and student permits and are not valid in reserved/restricted spaces on game day or any other day.
On game day Saturdays, all vehicles parked in towable areas from 12:01 a.m. game day Saturday until parking lots open will be towed at the owner's expense. Note that metered spaces are also reserved across campus for IPTAY donor parking and must be cleared. Additionally, any vehicle not displaying the correct IPTAY permit or that is parked in a restricted area may be towed from an area at any time on game day Saturdays at the owner's expense.
In general, it is best to avoid parking west of Cherry Rd. Parents are encouraged to obtain a permit to park in the R-1 Ext or R-10 lots during the game.
Free general admission parking is available at Newspring Church and Seneca Creek Meadows with bus service to Doug Kingsmore stadium. Shuttles operate from the time lots open until 2 hours post game.
