Profile
My position within CAFLS is to help manage the hire/update/termination processes for all graduate assistants for the college. Here are just a few things that are important for you to know about, but I am here to help you or your student
anytime!
1. New graduate assistantship requests and Current graduate students with NEW positions should be sent in via the forms below. I am working on them as quickly as possible: new students first, then current.
a. Research Assistant Request Form
b. Teaching Assistant Request Form
2. Updates to current students, such as an increase in pay or change in the fund the student is paid from, can be emailed to me.
3. Terminations should be emailed to me with the effective date as soon as you know so that we can remove them from payroll in a timely manner.
4. International students can work only after the “You’re Hired!” email from me to both you, as their supervisor, and the student.
