Profile
DeAnna Smith is a native of Darlington County. She has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Social Work from Limestone College and a Master’s Degree in Education from Coker University. DeAnna has over 15 years experience working in education. She also has experience working with not for profit organizations, as well as in community outreach.
DeAnna has a passion for teaching and fostering the development of children. Her personal motto is, “All children can learn when given the proper tools.” Her favorite part about being an educator is watching the children grow and develop, seeing where they start and then where they end up. Her personal mission is to encourage a passion for lifelong learning in the population she works with. DeAnna looks forward to working with the youth in the county that she grew up in and is excited to be a part of the Clemson Extension family,
