Educational Background
B.S. Forest Resources
University of Georgia 2021
Profile
I'm wildlife science student who is originally from Kentucky. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia (go Dawgs!) in 2021. I have worked various field technician jobs throughout the Southeast but mainly in the Coastal Plain of Georgia. My interest and expertise is in herpetology although I try to maintain a well balanced knowledge of southeastern biota in general. I will be working under Dr. Kyle Barrett to evaluate the efficacy of eDNA sampling for Red Hills Salamanders, determine demography and age class for the species, and create a fine-scale habitat model using LiDAR.
