Profile
Shannon Seegers has spent over a decade focused on strengthening communities through ground-up initiatives, from managing a sustainable community farm to building resilient food systems and supporting cultural preservation. She loves how gardening brings people together—through shared work, homegrown meals, and the beauty of bringing a space to life.
Shannon is currently pursuing an M.S. in Plant and Environmental Science. She is excited to bring her holistic approach to plants, people, and the land to the Master Gardener Program, fostering deeper connections between communities and the unique landscapes and ecosystems of which we are all a part.
