Fleet Management
Located behind Facilities at the university gas pumps, Fleet Services provides direct support in procuring a new vehicle, trailer, boat or over-the-road tagged equipment, as well as turn-in services for unneeded above items. We also are the issue point for government license plates, fuel credit cards, university gas pump keys, vehicle maintenance, insurance and vehicle pickup counsel, billing, and the university vehicle records repository.
Fleet Management is open Monday-Friday from 7:30 am-4:00 pm
Our Amenities
Fuel Station
Regular unleaded and diesel fuel is available at the Motor Pool 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday for the university’s owned fleet vehicles or business rentals. A fuel access key is required for each on-campus state owned vehicle. Contact Fleet Services for lost or stolen fuel keys.
The following fuels are offered at Clemson University’s Fuel Depot:
- Unleaded (87 octane)
- Diesel (Ultra-low sulfur)
Wash Bays
Two hand wash stations (high and low bay), with power wands and vacs, exist to clean all university vehicles. Please report any bay issues to the Fleet Manager.
Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm
Vehicle Repairs and Maintenance
The University offers several prescreened, contracted rate shops to manage the service, maintenance and/or repairs of your departmental fleet. Contract# 95410589 Period: 1/3/2023-1/2/2024 and Contract# 165945911 Period: 3/17/2023-3/16/2028. Log into buyWays to search for pricing and services each can perform.
