Business Services
Procurement and Business Services underwent a significant transformation in 2016 to better align with the evolving needs of the University. We established two specialized teams: the Business Operations/Service team and the Strategic Operations team, each dedicated to distinct areas of support. Moving forward, you can expect enhanced high-level support from our Strategic Operations team, including expanded communication and training opportunities and improved suppliers. Business Services include Blue Cheese, Surplus, Shipping, Receiving, and Fleet Management.
Our Services
Blue Cheese
Clemson’s renowned Blue Cheese is a tasty classic of the South. Produced right here on Clemson’s campus, this artisanal cheese has been making its way into the hearts of cheese connoisseurs since 1941.
Fleet Management
Fleet Services provides direct support in procuring a new vehicle, trailer, boat or over-the-road tagged equipment as well as turn-in services for unneeded items.
Shipping
Clemson University has launched a cloud-hosted shipping system that provides a single-point, centralized shipping solution deployed across the entire University (main campus and all state-wide locations) to manage outbound shipments.
Surplus
Clemson University Receiving and Surplus is located in the Administrative Services Building with hours of operation from 8:00am to 4:30pm (closed between 12-1 for lunch).
