Individual Development Plans
An Individual Development Plan (IDP) is a planning tool created in partnership by the supervisor and employee that serves as a guide for the employee’s growth and professional development.
The IDP identifies career-related and/or development objectives, competencies needing development or enhancement, and a roadmap of customized learning opportunities to help them achieve their goals.
