Supervisor Training and Development
Clemson is committed to providing the resources and development opportunities to support new supervisors in selecting, developing, and managing the University’s workforce.
Supervising for Success Training Program
The Supervising for Success program is designed specifically for the University’s supervisors of staff to provide clear, standardized expectations and development opportunities. These sessions provide the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviors to ensure supervisors excel in their roles.
Participation is Encouraged Throughout the State
Participation in the program is required for all new supervisors of staff and is highly encouraged for all supervisors throughout the state. Training is offered in-person on campus. However, virtual access is provided for all sessions if you are off-campus and wish to participate in training.
Registration
Supervisors can register for the entire program or participate in individual Supervising for Success sessions. Enroll early! Most sessions are capped at 20 supervisors.
