Supporting Supervisors
Clemson is committed to providing the resources and development opportunities to support new supervisors in selecting, developing, and managing the University’s workforce.
Supervising for Success Training Program
The Supervising for Success program is designed specifically for the University’s supervisors of staff to provide clear, standardized expectations and development opportunities. The program and subsequent training are currently paused while materials are updated and new instructors complete training.
