Keyboard
Some people may use the keyboard or alternative techniques instead of a mouse to interact with a computer.
Accessible software supports several aspects of keyboard navigation:
- A visual indication of focus shows where you are on a page.
- As you navigate the page, focus moves in a logical order.
- Components do not require the use of a mouse.
- Software does create a "keyboard trap" where keyboard focus becomes "stuck," preventing navigation.
