We will create and provide intentional co-curricular and experiential education opportunities focused on purposeful and reflective learning to facilitate student growth and achievement.
GOAL 1: VALUE-BASED EDUCATION
Promote a culture across the division that is congruent with the University’s values.

Integrate the University’s values into all aspects of Student Affairs, including programs, services, and operations.
GOAL 2: PURPOSEFUL EXPERIENCES
Provide outcome-based engaged learning opportunities to prepare students for success.

Provide competitive, high-quality undergraduate and graduate on-campus employment opportunities.
